So I liked this technique so much I wanted to make another one! This time I went and bought the proper pens for this task- of course I had to get 8 colors, couldn't just get black! Here's more of my Up Up and Away set that I'm obsessed with! I also used some glossy accents on the kite tales and made one of the clouds raised to add a little extra texture.
